What is the difference between a Private Tour and a Tour Package?

What is the best way to travel to Portugal?
There are flights available from all major cities in Brazil namely, Rio de Janeiro, S. Paulo, Belo Horizonte and Recife (See link). You can buy your plane ticket at your usual travel agency. If it’s your choice, we can also make your travelling arrangements although, on a regular basis, a better price is achievable when the ticket is issued by a travel agency at the passenger’s country of origin.

What should I bring to wear?
Clothing and footwear should be as comfortable as possible. Don’t forget to include some sort of protection for the rain. For trips from January to March, bring clothing and footwear suitable for cold weather (10 º C). Add a cosy sweater when travelling from April to October. When do I need to pay?
If the booking is made with more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date to Portugal:
• Deposit of 20% to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 80% of the total cost of the trip must be paid up until 7 days before the date of arrival in Portugal.
Less than less than 30 days in advance of the scheduled date of arrival in Portugal:
• Pay full amount of the cost of the trip upon booking.
• Registration will be dependent upon the confirmation of the availability of services suppliers included in the trip.

More than 30 days: Cancellation without any penalty.
Up to 7 days before arrival in Portugal: 20% penalty.
Less than 7 days: 100% penalty.
